Customer Success Story:
Eikontech and Chatwin

Eikontech’s Results

Chatwin hired 6 highly skilled team members in 6 months, giving them a team ready for growth.

Eikontech’s Italian business ramped up quickly and became profitable in the first year.

Eikontech’s Italian business went from zero to €6 million in 2 years.

Our partnership expanded to other markets, such as Spain and the Nordics, with Chatwin playing a crucial role in acquiring talent and developing the markets.

“The speed at which we were able to ramp up the Italian business and be profitable was quite impressive.”

The Challenge

Eikontech needed a solution to quickly build a team and establish a presence in the Italian market after acquiring the distribution rights for Zeta Global, a technology company with a DSP (demand-side platform) as part of their stack. The previous company handling the product went bankrupt, leaving the technology shut down in Italy for some time.

The Solution

Eikontech turned to Chatwin for help in addressing these challenges. Chatwin was able to set up a team quickly, convincing professionals from established companies to join Eikontech’s relatively unknown business in the Italian market.

Chatwin was instrumental in reactivating commercial relationships and helping Eikontech become profitable within the first year of the partnership.

“Chatwin is still involved in the Italian market for us, helping us with clients and talent management.”

CEO, Numatec (Parent Company of Eikontech)

Our Ongoing Partnership

Eikontech continues to work with Chatwin and has expanded the partnership to other markets such as Spain and the Nordics.

Eikontech plans to continue working with Chatwin not only on the initial project, but also on several other smaller projects across the US, Latin America, and Europe.
